Crypto-Gaming LLC Return Policy
We value our customers and are committed to providing quality support when things do not go as planned. To process a return at Crypto-Gaming.net order number is required. Unopened new software and hardware are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Unopened “special” or “collector” editions of video game software and hardware are returnable within 7 days of purchase. Unopened new accessories, collectibles, and unworn apparel (with tags attached) are returnable within 15 days of purchase. You can return most physical items, shipped returns will incur a fee of $8.99. Items purchased online that exceed $500 cannot be returned. Items returned should be returned with all applicable components and original packaging. We will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement, as outlined in our Defective Exchange Policy.
Defective Exchange Policy
Defective merchandise (other than PCs, laptops, and monitors) can be exchanged within the return window for an identical replacement. For defective PCs and their components, laptops, and monitors, customers must contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about a refund or exchange of these items (manufacturer contact info can be found by emailing Crypto-Gaming LLC support at [email protected]). If an identical replacement is not available, a store-credit (Using CGTs) may be offered at the company’s discretion.
Exceptions
Crypto-Gaming LLC reserves the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns require a receipt or a Crypto-Gaming.net order number. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if Crypto-Gaming LLC can verify delivery or frequent abuse. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. Crypto-Gaming LLC retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstance will Crypto-Gaming LLC accept return of an ineligible item. Crypto-Gaming LLC may, in its sole discretion, refuse return of an item it deems to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual. Crypto-Gaming LLC also reserves the right to close Crypto-Gaming.net accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.
The following exceptions deviate from the standard return rules. All the exceptions listed below require the merchandise be returned with a receipt or a Crypto-Gaming.net order number.
The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange and are considered “final sale” at the time of purchase: Trading cards, blind items, clearance products, seasonal products, consumable products, individual bundle components, digital products (including NFTs), and bundles containing digital products. Opened new hardware, new software, new accessories, collectibles, and PC are not eligible for return; defective exchanges are permitted within the return window.
Pre-Owned PC/peripherals must be returned unopened within 7 days of purchase.
Orders shipped to PR, HI, or AK are not eligible for replacements.
The following items may not be exchanged and can only be returned through Crypto-Gaming LLC Customer Service: Orders shipped from Crypto-Gaming.net over $500.00 cannot be returned; Pre-Owned Tech returns and exchanges, “Lost in transit” or “Delivered but not received” orders; These claims must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment date. Exchanges are available for the same model of the console for 30 days under the company’s standard exchange policy and under the Microsoft Warranty for up to one year.
Products or services purchased while on sale or through special promotions may be subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
PCs and monitors are not eligible for a refund or exchange if not returned in their unopened original packaging. For such items that are defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to inquire about a refund or exchange of these items (manufacturer contact info can be found by emailing Crypto-Gaming LLC support at [email protected]).
